3. Service Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Client

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled service: Full refund of the service fee.
  • Within 48 hours of scheduled service: 50% refund of the service fee.
  • Within 24 hours of scheduled service or no-show: No refund.

3.2 Cancellation by ghorklox

In the rare event that we need to cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness of our shopping assistant or other operational issues, we will offer you the following options:

  • Reschedule your service at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost
  • Receive a full refund of your service fee
  • Receive a service credit with an additional 10% value for a future booking

We will make every effort to notify you of any cancellation at the earliest possible opportunity.

3.3 Partial Completion of Services

If a service is started but cannot be completed for reasons outside of our control, we will offer a pro-rated refund or credit based on the portion of the service that was not delivered.

3.4 Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

4. Rescheduling Services

We understand that plans can change. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:

  • More than 48 hours before scheduled service: You may reschedule at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • Within 48 hours of scheduled service: Rescheduling is available with a 25% rescheduling fee.
  • Within 24 hours of scheduled service: Rescheduling is treated as a new booking; the original service fee is forfeited.

5. Gift Cards and Service Vouchers

Gift cards and service vouchers are subject to the following terms:

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Non-refundable once purchased
  • Transferable to another person
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Must be presented at the time of service (digital or physical)

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing exceptional shopping assistance services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your shopping experience to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to address any issues and may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A partial refund based on the specific concerns
  • A complementary follow-up session to address any outstanding needs
  • A service credit for a future booking

Please note that our satisfaction guarantee applies to the quality of our service and consultation, not to the items you choose to purchase during the shopping experience.

7. Product Returns

While we assist you in making informed purchasing decisions, any products purchased during our shopping assistance service are subject to the return policies of the respective retailers. We are not responsible for product returns, exchanges, or refunds.
